The TCISFoundation has several scholarship programs for young scholars to give them opportunities to receive quality education and to provide enough support to help them fulfill their dreams.
International Minded Global Leader
A primary goal of the TCISFoundation is to nurture internationally-minded global leaders, so the TCISFoundation intends to build relationships in an international context by reaching out to like-minded communities to develop exchange programs, increase the mutual understanding of cultures, and provide opportunities for leadership development.
